Agreements between you and Dupes AB regarding delivery of your ordered products arise when you receive a delivery confirmation.
To shop at Dupes.se you must be 18 years of age, not under guardianship and otherwise have the capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your guardian's permission to order from us. We reserve the right for technical errors, printing errors and typographical errors. We reserve the right to adjust any errors in the price information before and after the order is processed.

Out of stock products If any item you have ordered is not in stock when your order is packed, only the items you have ordered that are in stock will be delivered to you. Any items that cannot be delivered will be credited to you. If your original purchase exceeded SEK 449, no shipping cost will be charged for deliveries within Sweden.
Free shipping within Sweden when you shop for at least SEK 449. For deliveries to Finland, Denmark and Norway, shipping costs always apply, regardless of order value.
For orders over 449 SEK within Sweden, delivery is via DHL.
Notification When the order has been shipped from our warehouse, a notification regarding this will be emailed to your email.Uncollected packages Your package remains at the delivery location according to DHL regulations, after which it is sent back to Dupes.se. If you have paid for your order but have not collected it, you will automatically be credited with the amount of the products (but not for the shipping cost) when we have handled your delivery. Dupes.se also charges an administrative fee of SEK 250 for uncollected deliveries to cover the costs of return handling.
Force Majeure Dupes.se is not obliged to fulfill the purchase if there is an obstacle that Dupes.se cannot overcome or the fulfillment would require sacrifices that are not reasonable with regard to the customer's interest in Dupes.se fulfilling the purchase. The customer is also not entitled to compensation for the damage that the customer suffers through Dupes.se's delay or error if the delay or error is due to

Order and delivery confirmations/receipt When you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Exchange, right of withdrawal and complaint When returning to Dupes.se, the return is paid for by the customer. If the packaging is unbroken, you have the opportunity to get your money back immediately if the right of withdrawal or complaint is approved.

Exchange Exchanges cannot be made at Dupes.se, however, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and order again.
Right of withdrawal You always have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. The cancellation period is calculated from the date on which you or someone nominated by you received the last item(s) in your order.
Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned with unbroken packaging and otherwise unused and undamaged condition. For health and hygiene reasons, products with broken packaging or other broken seals are not covered. *) For Christmas shopping, the right of withdrawal is extended until January 20th for purchases made between November 14th and December 24th.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal The easiest way to cancel a product is to contact Dupes.se Customer Service by phone or email,
see contact details, before you return the item. If you choose to return the product, the product must be sent to Dupes.se within 14 days from the date you notified Dupes.se of your withdrawal. The return is paid for by the customer.
You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel the order. We have the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods. We will use the same payment method that you used when ordering unless you expressly agree otherwise. This will not incur any additional fees for you.
Sale and clearance items When purchasing sale and clearance items, there is no right of exchange or return. The right of withdrawal and the distance contract law of 30 days from the date of collection apply to purchases and are paid for by you as the customer and sent to:

Dupes.se is not responsible for the product during the time it is sent back to Dupes.se from the customer due to a right of withdrawal or complaint. Be sure to send it back as a package and keep the shipping number until you have been refunded or contacted. Complaints Dupes.se guarantees that each shipment is examined before it is sent to the customer. Should the product nevertheless be broken or faulty when it arrives, you have a three-year right of complaint for original defects from the day you receive the product. Customers who wish to claim a defect in the ordered product must contact Dupes.se customer service as soon as possible after the defect is discovered with a photo or film documenting the damage.
Gifts and samples upon purchase When returning purchased products, gifts and samples that have been received by Dupes.se in connection with the customer's purchase must also be returned by the customer.
Dupes.se reserves the right to send product samples in the shipment to the customer. Shipping costs If the complaint is approved, Dupes.se will pay the cost of return shipping. If the complaint is not valid or if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will pay the cost of return shipping yourself. Invoice The invoice is sent via email from Klarna. The invoice is handed over to our partner, Klarna AB, who performs a simplified credit check without a copy of the credit report. Prices All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT which is reported on the order confirmation/receipt. Gift cards Currently, Dupes.se does not use gift cards but will soon start doing so.
Product Information and Images Dupes.se does its best to provide as accurate product information as possible. However, we recommend that you always double-check the product information and list of ingredients on the packaging when you receive your delivery, especially if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any substance.
The packaging of our products may vary in appearance. In some cases, a different size, language and layout than the one offered may be depicted, therefore it is always the written information regarding volume, information and product that applies. Please note that the color samples of products on Dupes.se may vary depending on your monitor and your individual screen settings.
