These purchase conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order from www.dupes.se

Agreement between you and Dupes AB regarding delivery of your ordered products occurs when you receive a delivery confirmation.

To shop at Dupes.se, you must be 18 years old, not be under guardianship and otherwise have the capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are under 18, you must have a parent's permission to order from us. We reserve the right for technical errors, printing errors and misspellings. We reserve the right to adjust any errors in the price information before and after the order is processed.

Products that are out of stock If any product that you have ordered is not in stock when your order is to be packed, then only the products that you ordered and that are in stock will be delivered to you. The goods that cannot be delivered will instead be credited to you. If your purchase exceeded SEK 450 from the start, you will of course not be charged any shipping costs.

Deliveries and ordering Free shipping when you shop for at least SEK 450 or more.

Delivered with DHL for purchases over SEK 450 and delivery with Citymail for purchases under SEK 450.

Notification When the order has been sent from our warehouse, a notification regarding this is emailed to your email.

Unclaimed packages Your package remains at the delivery point according to DHL regulations, then it is sent back to Dupes.se. If you have paid for your order but not picked it up, you will automatically be credited for the sum of the products (but not for the shipping cost) when we have handled your delivery. Dupes.se also charges an administrative fee of SEK 250 for non-collected deliveries, this to cover the costs of return handling.

Force Majeure Dupes.se is not obliged to fulfill the purchase if there is an obstacle that Dupes.se cannot overcome or the fulfillment would require sacrifices that are not reasonable with regard to the customer's interest in Dupes.se fulfilling the purchase. The customer is also not entitled to compensation for the damage the customer suffers due to Dupes.se delays or errors if the delay or error is due

on an obstacle beyond Dupes.se's control that Dupes.se could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated at the time of purchase.

Order and delivery confirmations/receipt When you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that your e-mail address is correct and notify Dupes.se customer service and we will resend the confirmation. When the goods are sent from the Dupes.se warehouse, you will also receive a delivery confirmation/receipt via e-mail. Agreement between you and Dupes.se regarding delivery of your ordered products occurs when you receive a delivery confirmation.

Exchange, right of withdrawal and complaint When returning to Dupes.se, the return is paid for by the customer. In the case of unopened packaging, you have the option of getting the money back immediately if the right of withdrawal or complaint is approved.

Dupes.se is not responsible for the product during the time it is sent back to Dupes.se from the customer due to the right of withdrawal or complaint.

Note that exchanges cannot take place at Dupes.se, however, right of withdrawal and return can take place.

Right of cancellation You always have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. The cancellation period is counted from the date on which you or a person named by you received the last item(s) in your order.

Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. The item must be returned with unbroken packaging and in otherwise unused and undamaged condition. For health and hygiene reasons, products with broken packaging or other broken seals are not covered. *) For Christmas shopping, an extended right of withdrawal applies until January 20 for purchases made between November 14 and December 24.

Use of the right of cancellation The easiest way to cancel an item is to contact Dupes.se Customer Service by phone or e-mail,

see contact details before returning the item. If you choose to send the product back, the product must be sent to Dupes.se within 14 days from the date you notified Dupes.se that you regretted it. The return is paid for by the customer.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we were informed of your decision to cancel the order. We have the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods. We will use the same payment method you used when placing the order unless you expressly agree otherwise. This will not incur any additional charges to you.

Sale and clearance goods When buying sale and clearance goods, no exchange or right of return applies. The right of withdrawal and distance contract law of 30 days from the collection date applies to purchases and is paid for by you as the customer and sent to:

Dupes.se is not responsible for the product during the time it is sent back to Dupes.se from the customer due to the right of withdrawal or complaint. Be sure to send back as a package and keep the tracking number until you have been refunded or contacted. Complaints Dupes.se guarantees that every shipment is examined before it is sent to the customer. Should the product, despite this, still be broken or incorrect when it arrives, you have three years' right to complain about original faults from the day you receive the product. A customer who wishes to claim an error in an ordered item must contact Dupes.se customer service as soon as possible after the error is discovered with a photo or video documenting the damage.

Gifts and product samples upon purchase When returning purchased products, gifts and product samples that have been received by Dupes.se due to the customer's purchase must also be returned by the customer.

Dupes.se reserves the right to send product samples in the shipment to the customer. Shipping costs In the event of an approved complaint, Dupes.se pays the cost of return shipping. If the complaint is not valid or if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you pay the cost of the return shipping yourself. Allergic Reaction If you have had an allergic reaction to any product you bought at Dupes.se, you can contact customer service. We never record information about your health or make recommendations about your health or allergic reactions. Payment and prices

Card payment If you have a bank or credit card connected to Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard, you can pay using your credit card.

Invoice The invoice is sent via email from Klarna. The invoice is handed over to our partner, Klarna AB, who does a simplified credit check without a copy of the ID. Prices All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT, which is reported on the order confirmation/receipt. Gift cards Currently, Dupes.se does not apply gift cards, but will soon start doing so.

Product information and images Dupes.se does its best to provide as accurate product information as possible. However, we recommend that you always double-check the product information and list of contents on the packaging when you receive your delivery, especially if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any substance.

The packaging of our products may vary in appearance. In some cases, a different size, language and layout than the one offered may be depicted, therefore it is always the written information regarding volume, information and product that applies. Please note that the color samples on products on Dupes.se may vary depending on your monitor and your individual screen settings.
