Free shipping within Sweden
If your total purchase exceeds SEK 449, we offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden. This means that you do not have to pay any shipping costs when you shop for this amount or more.
Shipping cost to other countries
For deliveries outside Sweden, a shipping cost is always added, regardless of order value. This applies to deliveries to Finland, Denmark and Norway. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and may vary depending on weight and delivery option.
Delivery time
Our processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once we have processed your order and it has left our warehouse, the delivery will be dispatched. Here are the expected delivery times for different countries:
- Sweden & Denmark : Delivery within 1-3 working days.
- Norway & Finland : Delivery within 7-14 working days.
We strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
Delivery time

Notification of delivery
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a notification and tracking information so you can follow your delivery to the delivery point.
Unclaimed packages
If you do not collect your package within the time frame specified by DHL for collection, the package will be returned to Dupes.se. We recommend that you collect your package as soon as possible to avoid this.
If you have paid for your order but have not collected it, you will receive a refund for the goods (excluding shipping costs) once we have received and processed the return. Dupes.se charges an administrative fee of SEK 250 for uncollected packages. This fee covers the costs of return handling and logistics.
