How do I make a return?

If the package is returned, we will refund the purchase price, excluding return shipping, provided the product has not been opened. When returning, you are responsible for the return cost and transport risk, we therefore suggest that you pack your return well and use trackable shipping. For returns, you must use a trackable option and then notify us of the tracking number. Contact us first to get the correct delivery address.

Can I cancel or change my purchase after ordering?

To cancel or change an order, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. You can do this most easily via email at dupes.se@hotmail.com, but it is important that you do this as soon as possible after you have placed your order so that we can change the product. Orders are often packed within 4 hours and changes or cancellations must be made within this time frame to avoid us having already dispatched the product

How long is the delivery time for my order? 

We usually send your order the same day if you place it before 2 pm. If the order is placed after 2 pm, the order will be sent the following day. If you place your order on Friday after 2 pm or on a holiday, we will send the order the following weekday.

Our delivery time is estimated to be between 3-5 working days after being handed over to the chosen carrier. During Weekends, Major Holidays and Holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high load at our partners.

What is the shipping cost for my order and which carriers can I choose from?

If your order value exceeds SEK 450, there will be free shipping on your order with all our suppliers.

Our shipping fee for orders under SEK 350 is SEK 39 for DHL.
